Is there any cost?

There is no cost for accommodation during your stay. However, guests are responsible for their own travel and food expenses.
Please note that some properties may require a holding deposit, which will be clearly communicated before you make a booking.

Guests will need to bring their own food supplies, personal toiletries, and, in some cases, beach towels.

Yes, all our properties provide linen and towels for guests.

While we love furry friends, our property is not pet-friendly. The only exception is for certified service or assistance pets, provided the appropriate documentation is supplied.

We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We have many people waiting for an Otis stay, so we will try our best to offer your spot to someone else.
– If cancellations are made within two (2) weeks of your booking, it is unlikely we will be able to fill your spot and will lose the opportunity to provide an Otis stay to someone else who needs it. We also incur a financial loss when this happens. To help us reschedule your stay, we kindly ask for a medical certificate if cancelling within this period.
– Guests who cancel multiple times may not be eligible for another Otis stay.

You may bring anyone you choose, provided the total number of guests does not exceed the property’s capacity. Some properties may not be suitable for children.

Due to high demand, each guest is offered one (1) stay, allowing us to extend this opportunity to as many families and individuals as possible.

All properties include cooking facilities, ranging from basic kitchenettes to fully equipped kitchens.

Access details, including check-in and check-out times, will be emailed to you two weeks before your stay.

As our stays are generously donated by property owners, or funded at a discounted rate, we cannot guarantee specific dates. Availability is based on the dates offered by property owners throughout the year. Peak times, such as school holidays and weekends, are often unavailable.

Stays vary from 2 to 7 nights, depending on the property. When you receive date offers you will be notified of the check-in and check-out dates.
